Our Principles
We've got lives. We've still got game.
Our guild principles
We've all got some mixture of families, responsibilities, careers, and other things going on outside of WoW. But we still love raiding, still enjoy a challenge, and still want to play with people who know what they're doing and show up to win.
We've Still Got Game
Having jobs, families, and responsibilities doesn't mean we've lost our competitive edge. We still want to challenge ourselves and beat the hardest content.
Make the Time Count
Great raids don't happen by accident. Preparation, practice, and a willingness to improve help us get more out of every raid. We don't have endless hours, so we want our hours to count.
Good Company. No Drama.
We enjoy spending time with people we actually like. Maturity is about how you behave, not how old you are. Leave the egos, shouting matches, and streamer theatrics at the door.
Life Happens
Kids wake up, Work runs late, and Plans change - we get it. We make commitments to each other and do our best to honour them, but we know that real life comes first.
Good Players. Better Teammates.
We want to progress, improve, and push ourselves to achieve. That means giving feedback, owning our mistakes, and helping each other get better. No blame games, just progress.
Respect Each Other's Time
When people make time to raid, that time matters. Show up prepared and pull your weight. Effort from everyone makes the experience better for everyone.
